The production of a 21 1/4 inch by 13 5/8 inch wellhead riser, an essential component in the oil and gas industry.
This object was supplied as a raw piece of material weighing 6,000 kg. No less than 2,300 kg of material was machined to achieve the final result.

We take no half measures when it comes to gearbox repairs: every component falling outside the tolerances is expertly repaired. By orbitally welding tolerances and precisely boring them, we restore the dimensions fully to specification. Additionally, we supply and install new bearings so that the gearbox functions optimally and reliably once again.
